Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?
Regular standard products support small-batch trial orders for trial purchase and restocking. The MOQ for customized items depends on product categories and customization plans. Both small and bulk orders are acceptable. Please contact our sales team for details.
Do you offer OEM/ODM customization? What is the process?
We provide full-range OEM/ODM customization on specifications, materials, packaging and brand logos. The process: demand communication → solution confirmation → sampling → mass production → inspection & delivery, with dedicated follow-up throughout.
Can I get samples? How do you charge?
Yes. Regular standard samples are free of charge, and customers only cover the international shipping fee. A sampling fee applies to customized samples, which can be deducted from the bulk order payment later.
What is your typical lead time?
Stock products ship within 3–7 days. Regular bulk orders take 15–30 days for production. Lead time for customized orders is subject to mutual agreement. With flexible production capacity, we ensure on-time delivery for every order.
How do you guarantee product quality?
We apply a full-chain quality inspection system from raw materials to finished goods, with strict control on core parameters and 100% pre-shipment inspection. If any quality issue occurs upon arrival, please contact us within 7 working days for prompt solutions like replacement or re-delivery.
What shipping methods do you support?
We support FCL, LCL, air freight and international express. Goods can be delivered to designated ports or destination warehouses, with complete customs documentation and real-time logistics tracking.
