The wind power rail fall arrester is a professional vertical safety protection device specially designed for wind turbine tower climbing maintenance work. It is installed and slides freely along the internal vertical safety rail of wind towers, allowing maintenance personnel to move up and down flexibly during daily inspection, equipment maintenance and tower operation work.
In case of accidental slipping or falling, the slider will instantly lock onto the guide rail to stop downward movement. Equipped with a high-performance buffer pack, the device effectively absorbs instant impact force, greatly reducing injury risks for high-altitude workers.
We provide two complete configurations: models with O‑shape steel carabiners and models with aluminum‑magnesium alloy self-locking buckles. Core Product Features
Built-in high-sensitivity mechanical locking structure ensures immediate locking once a fall occurs. The slider clamps firmly on the rail without slipping, providing reliable passive safety protection for high-altitude tower workers. The follow-up sliding design does not hinder normal climbing movement, balancing safety and working efficiency perfectly.
Matched with a standard 67 cm buffer pack, the arrester effectively releases and offsets instantaneous falling impact force. It avoids concentrated impact on the human body, greatly improving the safety factor of high-altitude falling protection and meeting industrial high-standard anti-fall requirements.
Two optional buckle versions are available. The O-type steel buckle features ultra-high load-bearing capacity and durable stability. The aluminum-magnesium alloy self-locking buckle is lightweight, portable, easy to install and quick to lock, suitable for frequent disassembly and switching operation scenarios. All metal accessories comply with international safety certification standards.
The whole device weighs only about 0.9KG–1KG, reducing long-term wearing fatigue for operators. The compact structure fits standard wind tower inner rails perfectly, with smooth sliding performance, no jamming and no abnormal noise during daily movement.
